      In exchange for a low annual membership fee starting at only $129/yr, DentalWorks Advantage members receive free exams and x-rays, free whitening or oral cancer screenings, plus 25-50% off all other dental services at a community of 150+ participating dental offices across Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.

      Additionally, DentalWorks Advantage has partnered with Goby to offer each new primary member a complimentary Goby electric toothbrush and fresh brush head refills delivered straight to your doorstep every 3 months. The Goby electric toothbrush provides an award-winning clean, ensuring a great oral health routine for our members – all year long.

      Note: Free exams limited to 2x per member/per membership term. Free x-rays limited to 1x per member/per membership term. Free whitening or oral cancer screening limited to 1x per member/per annual membership term (cannot be combined).

  • How much does DentalWorks Advantage cost?
    • DentalWorks Advantage is very affordable and typically pays for itself in only one visit to the dentist.

      Individual Plan: $129.00 per year

      Family Plan: + $30.00 per year (per additional member)

      Note: DentalWorks Advantage renews automatically every 12 months unless you notify your participating dental office or the plan administrator of intent to cancel prior to renewal. All members will receive upcoming renewal notifications via direct mail (30 days prior), email (7 days prior) and phone call (3 days prior).

  • What offices accept DentalWorks Advantage?
    • DentalWorks Advantage is accepted at a community of 150+ dental offices across Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.

      A list of participating dental offices can be found online or by calling (888) 715-7970, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 6pm CST.

  • How soon can I use my membership after enrolling?
    • Since DentalWorks Advantage has no waiting periods, exclusions or maximums, you can utilize your membership immediately after enrolling and as much as needed while an active member. If you would like to use your membership prior to your member ID cards arriving in the mail (7-10 days), simply mention you’re a member when visiting your participating dental office and they will verify your eligibility real-time.

  • How frequently can I use my membership?
    • Unlike traditional dental insurance plans filled with red tape, DentalWorks Advantage has no maximums so you can use your membership as much as needed while a member.

      To maintain optimal oral health, the American Dental Association (ADA) recommends regular dental visits, at intervals determined by your dentist. The frequency of your regular dental visits should be tailored by your dentist to accommodate for your current oral health status and health history.

  • How long is the membership term?
    • DentalWorks Advantage carries a yearly membership term and will auto-renew at the end of its respective term unless you notify your participating dental office or the plan administrator of your intent to cancel prior to your renewal date.

  • Can I add dependents to my membership?
    • Yes, you can add additional family members to your membership anytime by logging into the online member portal or calling (888) 715-7970, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 6pm CST, to speak with a dedicated member support specialist.

  • When will I receive my member ID cards?
    • You will receive your new member welcome kit in the mail within 7-10 days from when you’re enrolled. Your member welcome kit will include a member welcome letter, a copy of the member terms and conditions, and 2 member ID cards.

      Note: If you’re a new member and didn’t receive your member welcome kit in the mail, or you’re a current member and lost your member ID cards and need to order new ones, please call (888) 715-7970 to speak with a dedicated member support specialist. We will be happy to mail you a set of replacement ID cards at no additional charge.

  • What is Keep On Smilin' Assurance?
    • Protect your smile with Keep On Smilin’ Assurance, our $1,000 per year/per plan of dental care warranty coverage that’s included in all DentalWorks Advantage memberships at no additional cost to members.

      Keep on Smilin’ Assurance covers most dental procedures rendered while you’re a member –  for up to 5 years. To qualify for the warranty coverage, you must be enrolled as a member when the initial procedure was rendered at your participating dental office and also when the unforeseen dental issue occurs.
